Wedding Cake Basics

All of our cake selections may be made into tiered or stacked wedding and celebration cakes. Each tier is four inches high with three layers of cake and the stated buttercream or filling between the layers and white or tinted buttercream on the outside. Tiered and stacked cakes are priced per piece with all flavors at $3.50. Rolled fondant icing may also be chosen for an additional $.50 per piece.

The price per person includes mid-level decorations and free delivery and set-up with-in the Champaign-Urbana area. Delivery is also available outside of the local area. Please call for pricing. The price per person does not include purchase of fresh, silk and gum paste flowers but does include their arranging on the cake.

Each cake is designed on an individual basis. Picture books and life size decorated cakes are available for viewing in our showroom during regular store hours and at wedding tastings. Personal design appointments are booked after your wedding date has been reserved.

| Reserving Your Date | | A $75.00 non-refundable deposit and completed contract are required to reserve the date for your celebration or wedding. When your date is reserved we then schedule a free 45 minute design consultation. | | Your choice of cake design and cake flavors will be decided at the time of your design consultation. The first payment of fifty percent of the estimated total payment is also due at this time. The $75.00 deposit is considered as part of this non-refundable payment. | | The final balance is adjusted according to the final numbers given and is due two weeks before the delivery date. | | Wedding orders and design consultations must be completed no later than six weeks before the delivery date. Orders placed later may incure additional rush order charges based upon time and product availability. |
